Reconciling In Christ

Reconciling in Christ is a commitment to welcoming and affirming people of all sexual orientations and gender identities within the Christian community, ensuring that they are fully included and celebrated as part of God's diverse creation. It signifies a stance of love, acceptance, and support for LGBTQ+ individuals within the church.  You can find more information on the organization, Reconciling Works, by following this link:  https://www.reconcilingworks.org/

Here at Living Waters, our mission is "Sharing The Grace of Christ".

We live this mission in everything that we do, God's love and grace is for all people!

When we say "all are welcome", we truly mean it.

Come as you are.

The people of Living Waters Lutheran Church are called to share the grace of Christ with ALL people through worship and community service. We are committed to welcoming into our community and advocating for persons of every race, ethnicity, culture, age, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, ability, and economic status. Together, using our various gifts, we are dedicated to upholding equity, justice and

acceptance for ALL of God’s children!

At Living Waters, we periodically host a Reconciling in Christ (RIC) Bible Study, and we warmly

invite you to join us should you wish to explore

more about our community and values. You may

find the dates for these studies on our calendar.

We take great pride in our annual participation in the Woodstock, IL Pride Fest. This tradition reflects our unwavering commitment to championing equality, embracing diversity, and fostering inclusivity not only within our faith community but also in the wider society.
